Name: Crimsonthirst
Species: Bobcat
Rank: Deputy
Age: 40 moons
Gender: Male
Appearance: Physically imposing, that is the best way to describe Crimsonthirst. He stands around 55 centimeters at shoulder height which even for his species makes him abnormally large, his length is less stunning at 72 centimeters making his musculature form very compact like a spring. His fur's crimson hue is what earned him his kit name of Crimsonkit. His facial hair is his second most unusual feature to his clan mates, but it does not appear terribly unattractive to the females in the clan. When he fights his steel grey eyes are slightly unnerving because they do not betray his thoughts in anyway.
Most of the other cats are not too disturbed by his short tail as it is not an unheard of occurrence, his size and facial features draw much more attention than his tail ever has.
Personality: One word, voracious. He has an unusually large hunger which he takes a large amount of time to fulfill his insatiable lust for eggs, particularly falcon eggs. He knows that it is dangerous and that exemplifies an even larger component of his personality. Crimsonthirst is a thrill seeker and he loves to indulge this habit of his by killing more dangerous prey, venturing into neutral territory by himself, and taking the most dangerous assignments. While his devil may care attitude does a lot to boost moral he is not the most welcome in situations that require subtlety. Crimsonthirst for some reason unknown to the other warriors that he is friendly with has an affinity with kits, he plays with and hunts for the kits frequently and has shown a fiercely protective side when it comes to the kits.
History: Crimsonthirst may have possibly been one of the luckiest bobcat kits to ever live through his first winter. He was abandoned by his mother in the green leaf, but as a testament to his good fortune, he was found by a female warrior that had recently lost her litter of kits and needed something for her to unleash her matronly affection on. Part of the reason his clan accepted him with warm hearts is that at this young an age they could not see that he was not a normal cat. Some of the elders were disturbed by his physical development but the medicine cat saw his size and strength as a sign of good fortune for the clan. The elders accepted this and stopped treating Crimsonthirst any differently than the other apprentices. Crimsonthirst yet again had fortune shine on him when the former deputy took him in as his apprentice and imparted much knowledge to his young protége. But as everyone knows lady luck's pendulum swings both ways, and tragedy struck when he and his mentor were attacked by a rogue group of raccoons and Crimsonthirst's mentor sacrificed himself for his young friend's escape. For quite a period after this accident Crimsonthirst was quite surly, but with the elder warriors banding together to help him through this tough time he came out shining with a new thirst for life. As he progressed in his training under multiple tutors he became known for lacerating most prey that he caught and drinking their lifeblood. Crimsonthirst truly earned his name in a battle with a group of three rogue cats that had been stealing prey from his clan. He and a two other warriors had been patrolling when they smelled the fresh scents of the rogues, and not heeding the warnings of his companions he barreled into the midst of the rogues and took down the cat on the left-most flank flipping him by colliding shoulder to shoulder with him and sinking his fangs into the vital flow of blood in the throat. This terrified the other two rogues into a panicked flight, because in their eyes their companion had just been killed by a freakishly large cat that came from nowhere. Crimsonthirst's companions caught up to see the tails of the remaining to rogues vanishing into the under brush, and they had a disturbing scene unfold before them. Crimsonthirst was lapping at the small pool of blood leaking from the dead cat's neck. Shortly after fending off this threat Crimsonthirst was awarded his warrior name and became a respected adult of the clan.
